Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant for a leading marine retail company based in County Kerry.

This is a customer-focused and detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone, preparing quotations, processing invoices, managing orders, and always ensuring a high level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product enquiries, pricing, and order updates.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and process sales invoices efficiently.

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
