Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive first impression and engaging with them in a friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies. Provide knowledgeable information to assist in their purchase decisions.
• Offer product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences, upselling or cross-selling additional items.
• Manage sales transactions accurately through the eCommerce system, ensuring proper handling of payments and issuing digital receipts.
• Ensure that products are well-organized, properly labeled, and displayed according to store standards. Maintain visual merchandising and store layouts.
• Foster a close working relationship with the fulfillment and sales teams to ensure instore purchases are captured in the system and efficient handling of any returns.
