Retail Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide good customer service
• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on the shop floor
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
• Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
• Achieve daily sales targets and promote ongoing promotions
• Follow store policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Interest in fashion and retail industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
