Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of our retail store. This is a full‑time position.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering queries and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Maintain the store's appearance and presentation, ensuring it is clean, well‑stocked and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
• Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, following established inventory management procedures.
• Assist with the set‑up and dismantling of product displays and promotions.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of store operations.
