Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant, you will help create excitement about the products that the Company carries, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of the Company's valued customers. Being part of the retail team, you must understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to deliver a company customer service & shopping experience that is a cut above the rest.

Roles & responsibilities include:

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store.
• Greeting customers, the moment they enter the store and making them feel welcome.
• Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing.
• Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers' needs.
• Recommend a product and solution in meeting customers' needs & objectives.
• Generate interest through the sharing of product knowledge.
• Keeping abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning.
