Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

2. Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

3. Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement meet company standards

4. Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic operational controls

5. Sales & Performance

6. Support the Retail Manager in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs

7. Monitor daily sales performance and provide feedback to the team

8. Assist in planning and executing sales promotions and campaigns

9. Team Supervision & People Management

10. Supervise retail staff (including part-time staff) and ensure proper duty roster planning

11. Coach, guide, and motivate staff to improve sales and service performance
12. Assist in onboarding and basic training for new staff
