Manage front counter & cashier system
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online bookings
Set up customers at sim racing, PC & console stations
Brief customers and manage basic game / race flow
Promote memberships, events & campaigns
Maintain venue cleanliness, standards & presentation
Assist with Part-Time staff scheduling & coverage planning
Support training & onboarding of new crew
Assist Supervisor with attendance tracking & payroll inputs
Monitor shop maintenance & equipment issues, escalate when needed
Help manage the floor during peak hours
Handle basic technical troubleshooting (training provided)
Strictly Malaysian citizens only (Age
Comfortable with night shifts, weekends & public holidays
