Retail Assistants

• Perm / 5 days work week (Rotating Shift - Morning & Afternoon)
• Attractive salary package (Incentive + AWS + VB)
• Experience as Retail Assistants in Food products is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Handle cashiering, POS system, and payment processing
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Replenish stocks and monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints
• Support promotions, campaigns, and sales activities
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties when required
