Retail Assistants

Responsibilities

• Report to superior and retail manager.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and monitor outlet stock level.
• Price tagging and arrangements of stock.
• Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment ( cashiering ).
• Ensure retail outlet clean and tidy.
• Assist in stock takes and other events.
• Support other general retail activity.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
