Hard Skills:
Grade 12
3 or more years retail experience- Farming or agriculture retail 
Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically) excel
Prior POS system experience
Experience in shop electronics (tills, scanners, card machines, etc.)
Stock control experience
Soft Skills: 
You need a big smile!
Acceptance that our customers are most important.
Able to move at speed to get things done.
There is shift work
