Retail Associate (Full Time)

As a retail associate, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade‑ins and more. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect product or service
• Process customers’ purchases at the checkout
• Process returns, trade‑ins and more at the customer service counter
• Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
