Retail Associate

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide exceptional sales recommendations to customers
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent sales and after-sales service
• Ensure the boutique is consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Participate actively in brand-related events and initiatives
• Support team members with administrative tasks such as updating stock counts and traffic reports
• Maintain accurate after-sales service records and ensure proper system updates
• Ensure full compliance with all retail standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury retail (fashion, jewelry, or similar industries preferred)
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a customer-focused attitude
