Retail Associate

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Achieve Individual Sales and Store sales targets as well as other personal retail metric targets given 
  (i.e Average Transaction Value (ATV), Personal Conversion Rate (CR))
• Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper Program & GUESTS guidelines and checklist
• Achieve high retail standard and customer registration target as per score card
• Inventory Integrity, conducting stock counts as assigned schedule
• Personal Development which will include indicators as defined by the Brand Principal

Drive the Sales

• Work to hit individual sales and other store target
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
• Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/discounted products
