Job Summary

Provide excellent sales support to Club 21 customers at the selling floor and maintain high service standard at all times.

Job Responsibilities

Sales

• Achieve individual and boutique sales target on a monthly basis

Customer Service 

• Deliver excellent customer service by following the Club 21 service guideline
• Demonstrate excellent product which include advice on merchandise range and details, merchandising matching and coordination and product pricing
• Provide accurate measurement and proper tailoring and alterations service for all customers. 
• Provide follow-up service on new product arrivals, special promotions and seasonal sales
• Assist in guiding new staff in the customer service process
