Retail Associate

Here at BKB, we want to do things differently. We have to, because the world is changing, and we want to keep up. Our people, no matter their position, are the ones to do this. We are looking for forward thinkers who want to make a difference.

We have over 50 retail shops around the country. We need people who like to smile and be nice to others to help in our stores and make our customers feel special. There is stock control and admin responsibilities too, so this is a very nice entry level job from which to launch a solid career.

Hard Skills:

• Grade 12
• 3 or more years retail experience – Farming or agriculture retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically excel)
• Prior POS system experience
• Experience in shop electronics (tills, scanners, card machines, etc.)
• Stock control experience

Soft Skills:

• You need a big smile!
