Retail Associate

Position : Retail Associate Location : Orchard Working hours : Retail Hours (42 Hours a week) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,450 Basic + Commission + OT + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : Perm Industry : Golf Products
Responsibilities: Achieve individual and outlet sales targets set by management. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment. Support stock receiving, unpacking, tagging, barcoding and display replenishment. Ensure sufficient inventory and follow stock control procedures. Submit sales reports, customer feedback and other updates to management. Perform other retail duties as assigned.
