A Retail Category Merchanidiser is a significant contributor to high-quality customer experiences and performs marketing functions that are medium in scope. This role focuses on category-specific marketing strategies, optimization through testing, demand generation for major events, and awareness campaigns for product launches.



The Merchandiser works primarily on goals and initiatives identified by Retail Leadership but contributes significantly by helping shape major initiatives. They execute tasks with minimal supervision to a high degree of quality and serve as effective points of contact for various teams.
