Retail COCO Manager

The Retail COCO Business Manager is responsible for leading and managing the operations of all Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) retail service stations. The role ensures sustainable profitability, operational excellence, compliance with HSSE standards, and superior customer service delivery. The COCO Business Manager drives sales performance, manages operating expenses, oversees manpower development, and ensures alignment of station operations with company objectives and brand standards.
