Job Synopsis
The Retail Coordinator oversees the daily, fast-paced operations of the retail space in the store. The incumbent is responsible for driving sales targets, merchandizing, managing inventory (donated goods) and leading a diverse team of staff and volunteers. The Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service; creating an impressive first impression on all visitors; maintaining a clean, safe, attractive and organized retail space. This position is a member of the Store Leadership Team
