We are hiring Retail Customer Support Associates for our Silver City site. This is a full-time onsite role open to candidates with strong communication skills and C1 English proficiency. No prior call center experience is required.
You will assist customers with retail-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
Compensation package:
• College Graduate (Starter) – Up to ₱25,500
• HS/SHS Graduate with less than 12 months experience – Up to ₱27,000
• HS/SHS Graduate with 12 months or more experience – Up to ₱29,000
Applicants must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate and willing to work onsite in Silver City.
Location: Ugong Pasig City
