Retail Design, Store & Channels Head

The Retail Design, Store & Channels Head is responsible for driving the overall retail experience and commercial performance across physical stores and retail channels. This role leads the end-to-end strategy for store design and layout, retail standards, store operations alignment, and omni-channel execution , ensuring brand consistency, customer experience excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.

The role partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate brand and business strategy into impactful retail environments and effective channel execution.
