Retail Development Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The position shall be responsible for supporting growth targets of Generika through accelerated store network expansion strategies.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates an effective workaround process by having an input on selection of regulatory requirements that help on timely delivery of store openings
• Conducts, review and approve financial, technical and operational risk assessment and advise on risk, opportunities and potential hazards
• Facilitates On-time store review to Operations and support groups based on standard
• Provides definite instructions in compliance to the store requirements and standards including maintenance and upkeep
• Leads in innovating / upscaling the standards for store design that will drive cost reduction
• Conducts and facilitates technical programs specifically for design and project management
