Retail Director

Club21 Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Retail Director to lead full P&L accountability, commercial strategy, retail operations, and people leadership across our assigned brands and store network. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a passion for building high‑performing retail teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

General Outline

• Strategize and implement brand communication needs in keeping with the integrity of the brand and market appeal.
• Plan and maximize the sales and profit contribution of the brand.
• Develop annual business plan to reflect brand positioning, negotiate key aspects of the planned performance delivery with the brand.
• Maximize sell‑through by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning and forecasting.
