Job Summary:

The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 18-20 retail stores within the assigned region or area. This role involves managing sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The Retail Executive will work closely with store managers and staff to maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
