We're Hiring: Retail Executive
Location: Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Wednesday-Sunday (10am-7pm)
Job Responsibilities
:- Assist customers with product knowledge, inquiries, purchases, and after-sales suppor
t- Manage orders and sales reconciliatio
n- Liaise and coordinate with vendors and follow-up
s- Support livestream operations, order packing, and fulfilment when require
d- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and proper inventory organizatio
n- Coordinate with the Operations team on incoming stock, grading submissions, and related processe
s- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational guideline

Requirement
:- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantag
e- Comfortable interacting with customers both in-store and onlin
e- Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or pop culture is a plu
