Ringkasan Jawatan:
We seek a committed Wellness Associate to aid in offering comprehensive wellness services aimed at detoxification, stress relief, anti-aging, and enhancing overall health. You will support clients with spa-related and wellness treatments in a professional, safe, and client-centric atmosphere.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Assist and guide clients in wellness services including:
Foot spa and detox procedures
Sauna and body cleansing programs
IV wellness drip support (non-clinical assistance as per SOP guidelines)
Spa and relaxation therapies
Educate clients on detoxification, stress management, anti-aging, and general wellness practices
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and appropriate arrangement of treatment areas and tools
Provide outstanding customer service and develop strong client connections
