Key Responsbilities Achieve individual and store sales targets Promote products and upsell where appropriate Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements Assist customers with product selection Ensure a positive shopping experience Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed properly Handle cashier duties and transactions Track stock levels and report shortages Assist in stock replenishment and stocktaking Work closely with other staff and supervisors Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
