What You'll Be Responsible For
Retail Site Research & Expansion Planning
Identify promising malls and retail areas
Study footfall, tenant mix, and competitor presence
Work with landlords to explore leasing opportunities
Evaluate short-term pop-ups and long-term store potential
Prepare simple financial feasibility assessments
Landlord & Leasing Coordination
Liaise with mall leasing teams
Gather rental proposals and floor plans
Support lease discussions and negotiations
Maintain strong professional relationships with property partners
Pop-Up & Store Setup Execution
Coordinate pop-up setup from planning to launch
Manage timelines for store renovation and fit-out
Work with contractors, designers, and internal teams
Ensure stores open on time and within budget
