* Execute retail operations activities by applying effective sales techniques to understand customer needs and promote relevant products and services, including sales, servicing, and administrative tasks, while adhering to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and SLAs.

* Engage with customers to create conversations and convert interactions into sales opportunities (postpaid/prepaid registrations, devices, VAS, accessories, etc.).
