Training Program Development & Delivery

o Develop a training calendar and deliver various training programs for all Corporate Boutiques team members in Hong Kong & Macau.

o Review training gaps and develop programs to be reflective upon the analysis of the boutiques and retail teams KPIs, sales, mystery shop reports and customer feedback.
