Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing liaison with mall management for any approvals, permits, and smooth operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact between APOLLO, Always and Kiosk execution teams.
  • Planning & execution of short & medium-term promotional plans.
  • Ensure all APLOLLO expectations and KPIs are met on-site.
  • Ensure execution of SOPs.
  • Coordinate between logistics, operations, and marketing teams for smooth deployment.
  • Track daily performance, stocks management, banking overview, prepare weekly reports and reconciliations.
  • Identify challenges & growth opportunities.
  • Responsibility to ensure commercial tracking & SOP compliances.
  • Resolve escalations, manage expectations, and fine-tune operations based on feedback.
