Job Description

The Retail Leader oversees all store operations, driving sales, customer experience, and staff performance. They organize daily activities, mentor and develop staff, ensure compliance, and implement initiatives to optimize store performance. Acting as a role model, they champion CD Retail Culture and deliver exceptional retail standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of store operations to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to staff in ensuring successful running of the store.
• Manage store performance in terms of monitoring staff (Retail Specialist and Retail Expert) achievements in sales, servicing, customer experience and compliance.
• Ensure seamless operations in terms of cash, inventories, store front, POSM, display etc. and in-store merchandising management.
