This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor looking to accelerate their career within a respected and growing consultancy. You'll work on a varied mix of lease advisory, valuation, and expert witness instructions while building strong client relationships across the commercial property sector.

• Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews
• Rental & Capital Valuations
• Preparation of Expert Witness Reports
• Retail Property Advisory
• Client Reporting & Strategic Advice
• Business Development & Relationship Management
