What You'll Be Doing

Leasing Support

• Manage lease renewals and support retail store expansion plans
• Assist in lease negotiations through data analysis, site viewings, and documentation preparation
• Coordinate feasibility studies and handle lease-related administrative work
• Manage end-to-end lease administration (data entry, tenancy records, payments, vendor coordination)
• Oversee façade signage matters and ensure timely rental renewals
• Liaise with landlords and retail teams to resolve operational issues (e.g. facilities matters)
• Keep up with market trends in Singapore's retail and shopping mall landscape
