Retail Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and support tasks within their assigned area of responsibility.
Ensure that day-to-day activities are carried out as per standard procedures.
Track and manage inventory, sales performance, staffing levels, or specific operational tasks.
Monitor compliance and ensure operational consistency.
Assist in organizing activities, such as training, audits, or special projects.
Communicate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of tasks.
Collect, document, and report data or results related to performance or operations.
Identify issues within the workflow and propose solutions to management.
Provide operational support and assist team members in resolving challenges.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in any discipline
Prior experience or knowledge in retail operations is an added advantage
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia & proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
