GAYATRI GROUP PTY LTD, trading as Red Rooster, is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to organise and control the operations of our quick service restaurant.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced management role. As our store operates 365 days a year from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, we need a dynamic leader who can oversee store performance, drive a positive team culture, maintain rigorous service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across all trading hours.
