Job objective:
Lead and manage the retail strategy at the national level to maximize sales, strengthen brand presence, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the mobile phone business.
What do you need to be successful in this position?
Design and implement the retail strategy (physical and digital) aligned with the company's objectives.
Lead commercial execution in company-owned stores, corners, and authorized distributors.
Oversee the customer experience at points of sale, ensuring high standards of service.
Establish and monitor KPIs for sales, turnover, average ticket, conversion, etc.
Coordinate with Marketing to develop point-of-sale campaigns and product launches.
Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and branding in stores.
