Retail Manager (F&B Kiosk)

Operational Excellence & Consistency -Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure consistent quality in dessert and services - Enforce SOP and brand standards across all sites - Conduct regular store audits to maintain high cleanliness safety, hygiene and service standards - Manage all on ground maintenance such as pest control, food license, floor trap and equipment
Sales Performance -Analyse sales data and KPIs to set targets and implement strategies to boost performance -Provide regular updates on performance of Limited-Time-Offer campaigns and products -Manage inventories and procurement to ensure smooth supply chain
People leadership & development -Onboard staff on site and store management -Coach and mentor store leads to drive performance, motivate teams and develop leaders. -Plan staffing needs, scheduling and manpower planning across outlets -Manage staff disciplinary issues
