What You’ll be Doing

• Develop positive connections with strong performing retailers within the centre and work with retailers that have trading issues
• Ensure tenants comply with Centre rules along with the terms of their leases, licenses and permitted use
• Promptly respond to customer/tenant queries and complaints
• Conduct regular Centre walks, engage with tenants and customers proactively identifying or resolving critical issues
• Participate in annual budgets and monthly forecasting, reporting regularly on centre performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
