Fresh Food Market in Rooty Hill is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive strong performance across sales, staff, and customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fresh food and grocery environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control
2. Lead, train, roster, and manage a team of retail staff
3. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
4. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
