SURE TIME PTY LTD (t/a Hoodburger) is an established fast-food burger brand operating multiple high-volume takeaway and dine-in outlets across Western Australia. Hoodburger specialises in made-to-order burgers and quick-service meals, serving a large daily customer base in a fast-paced retail food environment.
 
Due to continued business expansion, Hoodburger is seeking to employ full-time Retail Managers to manage daily operations at each of its Mandurah, Northbridge and Inglewood outlets.
 
The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, maintaining customer service standards, coordinating rostering and stock control, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company procedures.
