Position summary
The Retail Marketing Specialist is the first point of contact for all DOTS (Direct Owned Trek Stores) Store Managers for their region and their network of IBDs. Owning marketing planning and execution to drive awareness, footfall and ultimately sales through cost-effective marketing activity on a local level. Together with the Subsidiary Marketing Manager they transfer learnings and activities from DOTS into the wider IBD retailer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of retail marketing activities for your territory across key accounts / IBD’s, including campaign rollout, asset delivery, instore materials and retailer coaching. Work with your key retailers to create Trek marketing plan & identify collab marketing opportunities ensuring brand alignment, ROI and inventory levels are front-of-mind
