JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Retail Media will build, lead, and scale Landers’ Retail Media business - a new revenue-generating vertical that enables both 1P suppliers and 3P marketplace sellers to advertise directly to Landers’ 1.8M+ member base through personalized, data-driven channels.
This role carries full P&L responsibility for the Retail Media unit, driving both top-line revenue growth and profitability. The Head of Retail Media will define the business model, lead commercial adoption, oversee campaign execution, and ensure strong measurement and attribution through advanced data tools such as Mixpanel.
S/he will operate as a business unit leader, collaborating across suppliers, marketplace sellers, commercial, data, tech, and marketing teams to establish Retail Media as a core pillar of Landers’ digital and commercial strategy.
