Retail Merchandising Supervisor

Role Summary:

The Retail Merchandising Supervisor will support the merchandising team in planning, organizing, and executing product displays, stock management, and sales analysis. This role ensures that products are well-presented in stores, in line with brand standards, to attract customers and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, product availability, and replenishment across retail outlets.
• Visual Merchandising: Help set up in-store displays and ensure they follow brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Sales Tracking: Collect and analyze sales data to identify bestsellers, slow-moving items, and opportunities for improvement.
• Market Research: Observe competitor merchandising, pricing, and product trends to provide insights to the team.
• Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
