Retail Officer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Retail Officer under the Operations Department is responsible for supporting daily retail and e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate inventory management, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards.

A. Sales Transaction

• Opening cashier activities: Checking of initial change funds.
• Ensuring that the cashier's fund is always available in terms of denomination: coins and bills for smooth transactions.
• Guide customers through the payment procedure by taking payment methods (cash, cards, and/or GCash, etc) for processing in exchange for sold items.
• Follow guidelines in special transactions such as Senior Citizen Discounts, PWD, etc. Ask permission for special discounts.
• Process wholesale and charge transactions in POS, document, and properly file them accordingly.
