• Provide comprehensive retail operations support, including POS management and daily sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify operational issues with actionable insights.
• Handle clerical and administrative tasks for retail shops such as quotations, invoicing, report preparation, and filing.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain healthy stock levels and recommend timely replenishment when needed. Coordinate and participate in routine inventory counts across all retail stores to ensure stock accuracy.
