Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Setting: Define actionable and measurable sales targets for stores and personnel, including value-added services and inventory goals.
Business Metrics Analysis: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of GMV, mobile sales, and other KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
Sales Tracking: Monitor and evaluate progress against sales targets, providing insights and corrective actions.
Performance Improvement: Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficiency enhancement plans.
Program Management: Oversee trade-in programs, warranty services, and other initiatives to boost customer engagement and retention.
Compliance & Inspections: Conduct random store inspections to ensure operational compliance and adherence to company standards.
Store Health Management: Monitor overall store health, ensuring sustainable performance and operational excellence.
