Retail Operations Associate

Job Scope

• Prevent stock lost or stock damage and ensure operation efficiency
• Monitor the BOH compacity with boutique manager / department manager to do necessary replenishment quickly and accurately
• Ensure operation efficiency and product flow are followed the company regulations
• Clear understanding and execution on WW care service policy
• Notify the sales team regarding the receipt of stock
• Check invoices against the delivery spreadsheet
• Perform daily routine stock check to prevent any stock loss
• Participate in monthly stock take
• Familiarize with the retail handbook and comply with the related procedures and regulations
• Process stock deliveries, client's repair and logistics
• Provide the delivery service to transfer products to other locations when needed
• Check emails and follow up closely on regional transfers and couriers
