Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to retail stores, including POS-related matters, vendor coordination, quotations, invoicing, and documentation
• Prepare sales reports, operational analysis, and inventory summaries to support business decisions
• Coordinate inventory control activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment coordination, and participation in periodic stock takes locally and overseas

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification with relevant experience in retail operations, administration, or sales support
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to manage reports and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and independent working approach
