Retail Operations Excellence Associate

The Retail Operations Excellence Associate will be the core enabler of Lazada Philippines' Retail team by building structured operations, facilitating back-office governance, and strengthening local usage of the end-to-end retail supply chain management platform. Guided by the motto of 'Support, Anticipate, and Control,' this role is central to ensuring that operational excellence, profitability control, and process compliance come together to drive business resilience.

Furthermore, you will also collaborate with Regional Retail Ops Excellence in aligning local operational frameworks with regional standards, rolling out system enhancements, and contributing to the development of best practices and SOPs across markets.
